Wacky is the theme for today. Crazy hair. Crazy Socks. Mismatched outfits. Wear your clothes inside out or backwards. No jeans. No leggings. No shirts where undergarments can be seen. No lace tops. No open toed shoes. Hair dye is allowed but must wash out by Thursday.
