BCCS PTO's purpose is to provide support to the students, staff and families of Belle Creek Charter School, through community events and fundraisers. We believe in building relationships between parents, teachers and the school; Together We Can make a Difference!

 

We invite every parent, guardian, and teacher of Belle Creek Charter School community to attend PTO meetings. We would love to see as many of you as possible.  Our success is dependent on community involvement and parent/teacher participation. If you have any concerns, questions, input ect. please direct them to [email protected].  Thank you!

 

The PTO meetings will be once a month via Zoom at 6:15pm.

Did you know that you can make direct donations to our Parent Teacher Organization? All donations are tax-deductible, so you can support our school while also receiving a tax benefit. Additionally, many employers offer contribution matching programs, which means that your donation could be doubled or even tripled. Check with your employer to see if they offer this program.  These donations are used to support our students and our teachers.  They fund events like field trips, teacher appreciation lunches, field day and other school events and activities, and more.

A Year of Triumphs at Belle Creek Charter School 2023-2024!
Dear Belle Creek Charter School Families!
We are thrilled to share the incredible achievements of our Belle Creek Charter School Parent-
Teacher Organization (PTO) during the 2023-2024 school year. We have had a year filled with
successful fundraisers, engaging community events and giving back to our Belle Creek Charter
School!
We are pleased to share our accomplishments!
o Registration Table: “How Many Candies in the Jar” contest was a hit, with the
winning jar going to a deserving student.
o On the first day of school, we captured precious moments with photo prop signs
for families.
o Back-to-School Night featured an info booth and voting for who should wear our
new school mascot with Mr. Ristow winning the vote.
o National Night Out brought excitement with a spinning prize wheel and handed
out popsicles.
o Enrolled the school to receive King Soopers Rewards.
o Custodian Appreciation Day included heartfelt thank-you posters,
Chrysanthemums and Starbucks gift cards.
o Trunk or Treat candy drive collected a whopping 625 pounds of candy and
rewarded the winning classroom with a trophy, donuts and juice party.
o Trunk or Treat Event: PTO had a booth with games, candy, prizes and glowsticks.
o Held Monthly Meetings via Zoom.
o Field Trips: 1 st grade, 2 nd grade, 3 rd grade, 6 th grade (sponsored a portion of each
one).
o Purchased a New Wildcat Mascot costume.
o Spirit Nights at local venues like Skate City and Dion’s were a blast.
o Kindness Bingo Challenge awarded Amazon and Roblox gift cards to 5 students.
o Holiday Gift Shop was a hit and spread cheer.
o Fundraised through Box Tops Education.
o King Soopers Gift card drawing for rewards signups.
o October Parent Teacher conferences: provided staff with Subway lunch, snacks,
and drinks.
o February Parent Teacher conferences: provided staff with Dion’s lunch, snacks,
and drinks.
o Collected Milk Caps for Moola from Longmont Dairy.
o Enrolled the School to receive rewards from American Furniture Warehouse.
o The World’s Finest Chocolate fundraiser was a sweet success- students received
great prizes.
o Dash4Cash- sponsored ALL T-shirts, water soakers, Gatorade, cups, and
popsicles.
o Provided school with volunteers for events and fundraisers.
o Kinder Ball- sponsored Kinder’s Amazon wish list.
o Teacher Appreciation Week – Gomez burrito (donated), purchased succulent
plants/amazon gift cards for teachers, sponsored a dessert bar, yogurt bar,
drinks, and snacks.
o Middle School Incentive Party featured pizza from Dion’s.
o Donated 84 Kleenex boxes for classrooms.
o Spirit night at Chick-fil-A, The Chick-fil-A’s cow visited the school and gave out
stickers-The class with the most attendance won a nugget and lemonade party.
o Spirit nights at Freddy’s, Subway, Texas Roadhouse, Qdoba.
o Administrative Day included personalized Starbucks cups and gift cards.
o In-N-Out Burger Food Truck Fundraiser during Core Knowledge night.
o Field Day- provided Gatorade, cups and popsicles for all students who
participated.
o Sponsored teacher’s grading application.
o 5 th grade Civil War presentation.
o Parent/Employer Donation from Brittney White and Civitas Resources
o Wildcat Assembly End of Year party provided classes with 224 ice cream bars.
o Athletic Banquet- purchased Dion’s pizza.
o 8 th Grade Graduation – provided each graduate with a yard sign and an
autograph dog with sharpie.
o Working on purchasing and replacing outside basketball hoops for the 2024-
2025 school year
ENDING THE SCHOOL YEAR WITH A SKATE CITY PARTY ON JUNE 4 TH FROM 6PM TO 8PM- YOU
DON’T WANT TO MISS IT!!
